Questions, answered
How do I get my files?
Straight after payment you'll see a download button, and Payhip emails you a download link too. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it.
How do I pay? Is it secure?
Checkout is run by Payhip, a UK company used by over 100,000 sellers. You can pay by debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Do I need Microsoft Office?
No. The spreadsheet works in Excel and free Google Sheets. The CV templates open in Word, Google Docs or Apple Pages.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, you agree at checkout that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel once you download. But if a file is faulty or not as described, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. That's your legal right and our promise.
Is the budget spreadsheet financial advice?
No. It's a tool to organise your own numbers. For free, impartial money or debt advice, try MoneyHelper, StepChange or Citizens Advice.
Can I use the trackers for Making Tax Digital?
They keep the digital records MTD asks for and total each quarter by HMRC category. To send updates to HMRC you link the spreadsheet to HMRC-recognised bridging software. MTD applies from April 2026 if your self-employment and property income is over £50,000, £30,000 from April 2027 and £20,000 from April 2028.
Can I share the files?
Please don't. Each purchase is for your own household or business. Small businesses like ours rely on every sale. Thank you!
